In Weave we always try to reduce projects into blocks manageable by micro-teams of 3 people to get the most out of agile management.

All projects follow a reference architecture. We build backend services using the platform JHipster, while for web interfaces we choose React JS.

For mobile we adopt native solutions (Android, Swift) or React.JS + Redux.
